    The key is to bring intentionality to the process, by designing your organization for the impact you truly want to have. This starts with aligning an organization’s strategy with its structure, systems, and people so that they work in concert. But it doesn’t stop there: organization is an ongoing process—more verb than noun—to keep these elements in balance, enabling your organization get the most out of its people and deliver on its true promise.

  • My Approach

    I start every consulting engagement with “why,” because an organization’s purpose is the starting point for designing it. A clear purpose sheds light on the strategy to create value for an organization itself and others. And a coherent strategy serves as the anchor for key design choices: how to structure, what systems to use, and whom to hire.

    In collaboration, we find the key leverage points to move your organization in the desired direction. Sometimes this means starting from the ground up with a strategy that is both clear and adaptive. Other times it means working around the margins, by socializing new ways of working or putting new incentives in place. In any case, we work together to co-create solutions that bring out the best in your people.
