I am an independent consultant and coach based in Seattle. I founded Wisdom & Method in 2024 to help leaders and teams achieve their full potential and make their greatest impact in the world.

Experience

Prior to founding Wisdom & Method, I worked at Deloitte Consulting, where I specialized in organization design and leader development, joining after earning a graduate degree from Cornell University. During my consulting work and graduate studies, I saw how instrumental external consultants and coaches could be at bringing out the best in leaders and teams.

Before becoming a consultant and coach, I held multiple leadership roles at organizations in the vanguard of social change. Whether it was trying to reform the criminal justice system, improve mental healthcare, or end homelessness, I experienced firsthand how critical having strong leaders and effective organizations are in facing complex problems.

At the beginning of my career, I spent five years soul-searching by living abroad, trying creative pursuits, and studying different contemplative practices. This allowed me to experiment with different life paths to find what I was truly passionate about.

By night, I flex a different set of muscles as a DJ for ecstatic dance, conscious events, and the occasional house party.
